“Inlaws” by Kristian Taylor-Wood
“Inlaws” by Kristian Taylor-Wood - Photography inspiration
As the title of London photographer Kristian Taylor-Wood‘s series suggests, the subjects are his parent in-laws.
Using the stereo type of uneasiness that can be conjured up when thinking about one’s in-laws, Taylor-Wood dresses his subjects in expressionless plastic animal masks and places them in an ominous landscape to create an almost paganistic nightmare or scene from a horror movie.
I really love this work, it just gave me an idea for my next photo shoot. Cheers 😉
